Job summary

BDO Network Bank is seeking an Account Officer for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises to drive loan volume while maintaining profitability and credit quality. You will actively solicit microfinance loan accounts and assess applicants’ qualifications for credit.

Qualifications

• Graduates of four- or five-year degree programs are welcome.
• Strong selling, communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Must have basic mathematical knowledge.
• Familiarity with word processing and spreadsheets is preferred.
• Experience in microfinance sales is advantageous.
• Motorcycle driving is preferred.
• Willing to be assigned in Laoag and Dingras.

Responsibilities

• Actively solicit microfinance loan accounts to meet customer needs.
• Analyze applicants to determine credit feasibility.
• Initiate credit and collection actions to ensure quality.
• Coordinate with officers and units handling loan processing and servicing.
• Review loan files and agreements for credit readiness and booking.
• Execute sales/marketing activities to meet volume targets.
