Qualifications

• Graduate of any four-year or five-year degree course or Bachelor's degree holder.
• Good selling, communication and customer service skills.
• Amenable to doing field work on almost daily basis.
• Basic mathematical knowledge.
• Familiar with computer software including word processing & spreadsheets.
• Fieldwork and sales experience in microfinance is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Actively solicit microfinance loan accounts by visiting clients in the field.
• Analyze applicants to determine loan feasibility and credit quality.
• Initiate credit and collection activities to maintain quality.
• Coordinate with officers and units for processing and servicing loans.
• Review loan files and documents for accuracy in processing and booking.
• Execute sales and marketing activities to achieve volume targets.
