Job summary

BDO Network Bank, the community bank subsidiary of BDO Unibank, invites applications for an Account Officer for MSMEs to achieve loan targets while maintaining profitability and customer service. Based in Maddela, Quirino, you will solicit microfinance loan accounts, analyze qualifications, initiate credit/collection activities, and coordinate processing with relevant units to service loan clients.

Qualifications

Graduate with a four- or five-year degree.
Strong selling, communication, and customer service skills.
Basic mathematical knowledge.
Familiar with word processing and spreadsheets.
Fieldwork and sales experience in microfinance preferred.
Preferably able to drive a motorcycle.
Willing to be assigned in Maddela, Quirino area.

Responsibilities

Actively solicit microfinance loan accounts to meet customer needs.
Analyze loan applicant qualifications to determine feasibility of granting loans.
Initiate credit and collection activities to ensure credit quality of accounts.
Coordinate with officers and units related to processing and servicing loan applications.
Review loan files and agreements to ensure adequacy for processing and booking.
Execute sales and marketing activities to achieve volume targets.
