Job summary

You will oversee driver performance, schedule attendance, and ensure accurate records for registrations, maintenance, and fuel. This position emphasizes safety, reporting, and efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily use and scheduling of company equipment
• Assign vehicles to drivers/operators based on operational needs
• Monitor equipment availability and utilization
• Ensure all equipment are regularly inspected and serviced
• Schedule preventive maintenance (oil changes, tune-ups, etc.)
• Coordinate repairs with mechanics or external service providers
• Keep maintenance records for each equipment
• Track equipment usage, mileage, and fuel consumption
• Implement systems for monitoring
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational policies
• Assign and supervise drivers/operators
• Ensure drivers/operators follow traffic laws and company policies
• Monitor driver/operator performance and conduct
• Coordinate driver/operator schedules and attendance
• Maintain records such as vehicle registration and insurance
• Maintenance logs
• Fuel usage reports
• Trip tickets or dispatch logs
• Prepare regular reports for management

Job description

1. Equipment Management
