Job summary

ROTAFLEX CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT CORP is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to dispatch and schedule vehicles and equipment to project sites, oversee drivers, and ensure efficient operations in Metro Manila.

You will maintain records, monitor maintenance, fuel usage, and compliance with safety standards, working closely with mechanics and vendors to minimize downtime. The ideal candidate has a technical degree and at least 2 years in motorpool or fleet management.

Qualifications

• Vocational/Technical or related degree; background in mechanics/engineering a plus.
• 2+ years in motorpool, fleet or equipment management (construction experience preferred).
• Valid Professional Driver’s License; clean driving record.
• Knowledge of vehicle/equipment maintenance, safety standards & Metro Manila routes.
• Organized, accurate in records, strong communication & coordination skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Dispatch & schedule vehicles/equipment to project sites; assign drivers efficiently
• Schedule preventive maintenance & repairs; coordinate with mechanics/vendors
• Track registrations, insurance, permits, renewals & legal compliance
• Maintain trip tickets, mileage, fuel logs, repair history & utilization reports
• Monitor fuel, parts consumption & control operating expenses
• Oversee drivers: attendance, performance, safety & policy compliance
• Conduct pre/post-use inspections; report accidents/incidents & process claims
• Manage inventory of spare parts, tools & maintenance supplies

QUALIFICATIONS
