Job summary

Private Advertiser in Canlubang, Calamba City, Laguna is seeking a dedicated Motorpool and Site Services Staff to join the team in a full-time role. Based in Canlubang, the position focuses on maintaining our vehicle fleet and ensuring our site operates efficiently within warehousing and distribution activities.

You will perform routine vehicle maintenance, document servicing, manage fueling, and assist with site upkeep.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in motorpool, fleet maintenance or vehicle services.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Strong mechanical aptitude for basic vehicle upkeep.
• Knowledge of vehicle safety standards and maintenance procedures.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on company vehicles to ensure they are in optimal working condition
• Maintain detailed records of vehicle servicing, repairs and fuel consumption
• Conduct basic vehicle repairs and troubleshooting, escalating complex issues to qualified mechanics as needed
• Manage vehicle fuelling, cleaning and general upkeep
• Assist with site maintenance tasks, including cleaning, minor repairs and general housekeeping
• Coordinate with drivers and logistics staff to schedule vehicle maintenance and minimise operational disruptions
• Respond promptly to vehicle breakdowns and provide roadside assistance when required
• Monitor inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies, reporting shortages to management
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all motorpool and site operations
• Support the site services team in maintaining a safe, clean and organised warehouse environment
