Job summary

Q.C. Styropackaging Corporation /Multiplast Corporation is seeking a Motorpool Supervisor in Bulacan to organize daily vehicle maintenance activities and supervise truck repairs. You will coordinate with mechanics, monitor maintenance schedules, and ensure accurate vehicle records for all provincial trucks.

The role requires vocational/technical training with 5+ years in vehicle repairs and 3–5 years in related motorpool operations. Knowledge of standard maintenance procedures is essential.

Qualifications

• Vocational/ Technical/ Business School education or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years work experience in Vehicle repairs.
• Minimum 3–5 years of working experience in related roles.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize daily activities of the Motorpool Department to ensure timely repairs and maintenance.
• Oversee trucks repair and preventive maintenance per schedule.
• Prepare parts purchase requests for stock replenishment and job requirements.
• Assess troubleshooting reports from mechanics and evaluate recommended repairs.
• Monitor provincial trucks to ensure proper maintenance and records.
• Ensure all vehicle records are accurate and up-to-date.
• Conduct short seminars with delivery teams on proper vehicle maintenance and operation.
• Ensure all repairs and maintenance comply with standard vehicle maintenance procedures.

• Conducts shorts seminar or discussion with delivery regarding proper vehicle maintenance and operation.

• Ensure that all performed repair and preventive maintenance are all within standard vehicle maintenance procedure.
