• Assist in diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues.
• Conduct routine inspection of company vehicles.
• Ensure all vehicles are in good running condition.
• Maintain cleanliness of the motorpool area.
• Record maintenance activities and vehicle status.
• Source and purchase vehicle spare parts from suppliers.
• Deliver parts to designated locations on time.
• Canvass prices to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
• Coordinate with mechanics on required parts.
• Maintain inventory of purchased items.
• Submit receipts and liquidation reports.

Motorpool Technician Duties:

• Assist in diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the motorpool area
• Record maintenance activities and vehicle status

Spare Parts Runner Duties:

• Source, purchase, and pick up vehicle spare parts from suppliers
• Deliver parts to the motorpool or designated locations on time
• Canvass prices and ensure cost-effective purchasing
• Coordinate with mechanics regarding required parts and specifications
• Maintain inventory and proper documentation of purchased items
• Submit receipts and liquidation reports promptly
