Job summary

Motortrade Nationwide Corporation is seeking a Big Bikes Area Manager to drive motorcycle and parts sales across assigned branches and oversee sales operations, marketing execution, and business development initiatives.

The role provides leadership, coaching, and strategic direction to Cluster Heads and Branch Managers to strengthen operational efficiency and customer engagement, while ensuring achievement of sales targets and company objectives. Strong leadership and travel are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or any related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in sales and marketing.
• At least three (3) years of managerial experience, preferably in the motorcycle, automotive, or retail industry.
• Department manager-level experience is required for this position.
• Experience specifically in motorcycle, automotive, or FMCG industries is mandatory.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing multi-branch operations.
• Experience in handling marketing activities and BTL programs is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Drive the achievement of monthly sales targets for motorcycles and parts across all assigned branches
• Monitor branch performance and implement effective sales and operational strategies
• Oversee sales procedures, pricing accuracy, and system encoding compliance
• Ensure proper implementation of marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and Below-the-Line (BTL) programs
• Evaluate the effectiveness of BTL activities and optimize budget utilization to maximize sales impact
• Lead business expansion initiatives and identify new market opportunities
• Conduct regular branch and cluster visits to provide operational support and coaching
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and 5S implementation
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments to resolve operational concerns efficiently
• Prepare and submit monthly performance and operational reports
• Lead, coach, and evaluate team members based on agreed KPIs and performance standards
