Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to oversee motorcycle sales, SPAO, and service income targets. You will manage inventories, credit processes, cash handling, and customer management programs to protect assets and improve store image.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years in a related role, strong selling and leadership skills, and the ability to multi-task under pressure in a retail motorcycle environment. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
• Must have selling, administrative, management and leadership capabilities.
• Familiarity with motorcycle operations and branch management.
• Able to multi-task and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure monthly achievement of financial targets for Motorcycle sales (Cash & Installment) and SPAO sales and Service Shop Income.
• Implement Credit Investigation & Collection Policies to ensure quality portfolio and minimize risk.
• Plan, monitor and control inflow/outflow of stocks including fixed assets and shop equipment to safeguard from loss.
• Prepare and submit loan folders and documents to ensure on-time booking and immediate payment of accounts and claims to financing.
• Manage and safeguard branch petty cash and collections (cash & checks).
• Implement customer management program including customer satisfaction surveys and handling complaints.
• Improve store image, cleanliness and productivity through programs and measures.
