The Assistant Parts Manager supports the Parts Manager in managing parts operations, ensuring efficient inventory control, timely parts availability, and achievement of sales targets while providing support to branches and customers. This role involves field-based coordination and collaboration with Motortrade Nationwide Corporation operations teams to strengthen institutional sales and nationwide parts efficiency.
Support the Parts Manager in developing and implementing parts strategies to achieve revenue and sales targets
Process and approve daily parts request orders to ensure timely fulfillment of branch and customer needs
Monitor branch performance, parts productivity, and inventory levels to identify improvement areas
Collaborate with Service Managers to ensure timely procurement and delivery of required parts
Coordinate with Area Managers and Regional Managers to support marketing and sales activities for parts
Engage in field work across branches nationwide to support institutional sales and operational alignment
Assist in driving parts sales initiatives across branches in coordination with operations teams
Handle customer concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner
Manage inventory movement, including return of obsolete parts and redistribution of slow-moving stock
Ensure proper tagging, recording, and system accuracy of all delivered parts
Prepare and submit parts inventory and performance reports for management review
Conduct system usage monitoring and support process improvements for operational efficiency
Facilitate parts custodian training to ensure compliance with company standards
Ensure branch adherence to parts systems, processes, and operational guidelines
Coach, evaluate, and develop team members based on KPIs and performance standards
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
At least eight (8) years of experience in parts management, preferably in the motorcycle, automotive, or manufacturing industry
Strong exposure in sales-driven and inventory-based operations
Strong knowledge of inventory management, procurement, and parts operations
Excellent communication and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales and inventory data
Proficient in inventory management systems and related software
Strong leadership and team coordination skills
Willingness and ability to perform field work on a nationwide scale
Experience working directly with Operations, Regional Managers, and Area Managers is highly preferred
Strong background in motorcycle spare parts sales and distribution is an advantage
