Keep every claim moving. Know the work. Finish by early afternoon.
Two things you should know up front.
One: you’ll be finished by early afternoon. Every day. No graveyard shift, ever.
Two: we want someone who already knows motor claims. Not someone we have to teach what a repair quote is.
We’re a financial services group standing up our own team in Manila, and this is one of the first roles in it. The job is keeping motor claims moving from lodgement through to final invoice — loading quotes and images, checking the data is right, verifying and categorising quotes so the assessor can just assess, and staying on the repairers until the booking is confirmed and the invoice arrives.
It’s the role that stops claims going quiet. Done well, nobody notices. Done badly, everything behind it stalls.
What you’ll actually be doing
- Loading incoming quotes, images and supporting documents as they come in
- Verifying and categorising quotes so they’re ready for the assessor to review, not half-ready
- Setting up new claims through the day — loading claim forms and documents, checking the data is correct, and flagging anything the assessor needs to know before they open the file
- Working the follow-up list as reminders fall due: chasing repairers on whether repairs are booked in, whether the final invoice is ready, noting the claim and resetting the reminder
- Keeping claim records accurate and filed properly, every time
- Staying in close contact with assessors, the Assessing and Salvage Coordinator, and the claims and processing teams
- Dealing with repairers and external assessors — politely, and persistently
- Picking up whatever else needs doing to keep the queue clear
This is you
The one thing we won’t flex on: you’ve worked in motor claims before. Everything else we can build on.
- Motor or auto claims experience — claims administration, collision repair, a dealership, or parts. You know how a repair quote is put together and what a bad one looks like
- 1–2 years in an administration role, with the accuracy to match. Numbers have to be right the first time
- Confident in Outlook and Excel
- Clear, polite, persistent communication. Chasing a repairer for the fifth time without losing your manner is most of this job
- Organised and methodical, and able to switch between tasks without dropping any of them
- Calm under pressure, and discreet with personal and claim information
- You own your mistakes early so they can be fixed, rather than hoping nobody notices
- You’re genuinely reliable about the early start. If that doesn’t fit your life, this role will make you miserable — and we’d rather you knew that now
- Familiarity with estimating platforms
- Understanding of the total loss and salvage process
- Supporting a parent business or client in a different time zone
- Basic insurance terminology already under your belt
What we’re offering
- PHP 30,000 – 35,000 per month, depending on experience
- 10% night differential on every hour you work before 6:00 AM, paid on top — as the law requires
- 13th month pay on top of your monthly salary
- HMO coverage after 30 days — not after six months of probation
- Gym membership after 30 days
- 10 days paid leave a year
- A modern serviced office in Ortigas Center, fully fitted out with all equipment provided. You won’t be sourcing desks or chasing IT
- An early finish every day, and no graveyard shift, ever
What it’s like here
We’re new, we’re small, and we’re still working out what this place feels like. That’s rather the point — you get a say in it instead of inheriting somebody else’s.
- A team small enough that everyone knows what everyone else is working on, and small enough that your work actually gets seen
- Team events and socials — and we do them, rather than talk about doing them
- Birthdays, work anniversaries and hitting targets get marked properly, not quietly ignored
- Coffee and tea on site, which matters more than you’d think at this hour
- Real room to grow as the site scales. The people who are here early are the ones who grow with it
About the shift — read this bit properly
This is a morning shift with a genuinely early start, and we’d rather you knew now than found out at offer stage.
- Start time is 4:00 AM or 5:00 AM, depending on the time of year
- Eight hours a day, 40 hours a week — so you’re done by early afternoon
- Every hour before 6:00 AM carries the 10% night differential, paid on top of your salary
- You’ll need to sort your own commute at that hour, and we’ve pitched the salary with that in mind. Think honestly about the trip from where you live before you apply
- In return: your afternoons are genuinely yours, and you’ll never sit in evening traffic
