Job summary

D2B is seeking a Loan Processor/Broker Assistant to handle the administrative and processing side of Australian home loan files from the Philippines. The role focuses on pricing requests, valuations, and data entry in AOL, enabling the broker to concentrate on client conversations and deal structuring.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of experience with AOL and a solid understanding of end-to-end Australian mortgage processes, including pricing and valuations, plus excellent English communication

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Apply Online (AOL) for residential loan submissions
• Solid understanding of the Australian residential mortgage process, end-to-end, including pricing requests and valuations
• Excellent spoken and written English, with the confidence to speak directly with Australian clients, lenders and valuers by phone and video call
• Minimum years of experience. Something like 2+ years
• Comfortable preparing templated loan submissions accurately and efficiently

Responsibilities

• Prepare and lodge pricing requests with lenders on the clients’ behalf
• Order and track valuations, following up with lenders/valuers to keep files moving
• Accurately enter and maintain client and loan data in Apply Online (AOL)
• Pre-fill templated loan submissions ready for the clients’ review and sign-off before lodgement
• Track application progress, chase outstanding conditions, and keep files moving toward approval and settlement
• Follow up on clients' outstanding documents
• Communicate proactively with clients, lenders and other stakeholders to resolve issues before they become blockers
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records across the clients’ systems
