Responsibilities

• Coordinate findings with Sales Officers and relevant units; prepare loan recommendations and review reports.
• Perform manual loan and account set-up in T24, including RIM and loan creation for salary loans and EEL accounts.
• Process account maintenance and adjustments in T24 and monitor system interfaces.
• Support AML/KYC compliance, client onboarding, due diligence, and watchlist screening.
• Assist regulatory reporting and maintain proper record keeping in accordance with AML laws and BSP regulations.

Our Operations team is looking for fresh graduates and experienced professionals to join us in Makati with the role of Mortgage Fulfillment Associate.

In this role, you will review and validate pre-booking requirements and documentation for Mortgage and (Emerging Enterprise Lending) EEL loans, ensure accurate loan booking and adjustments in T24, and support key compliance activities including pre-booking, pre-annotation, and bank guarantee reviews. You will also manage manual loan set-ups and account maintenance, coordinate with sales and operations teams, oversee custodianship of developer and broker documents, monitor system interfaces, and perform other duties as assigned.

What The Role Will Entail

• Review and validate pre-booking, pre-annotation, and pre-issuance documentation requirements for Mortgage, EEL, and Bank Guarantee transactions to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
• Conduct documentation and compliance reviews, coordinate findings with Sales Officers and relevant units, prepare loan recommendation and review reports, and endorse eligible accounts for final approval and booking.
• Perform manual loan and account set-up in T24, including RIM, limits, and loan creation for salary loans, EEL accounts, construction releases, and accounts requiring manual intervention due to system interface issues.
• Process account maintenance and adjustments in T24, monitor system interfaces, and ensure timely and accurate completion of post-booking activities.
• Manage AML/KYC compliance requirements, including client onboarding, risk assessment and tagging, due diligence and enhanced due diligence reviews, watchlist screening, and maintenance of client records.
• Support regulatory reporting and compliance by ensuring accurate transaction capture, timely submission of required AML-related documentation, and proper record keeping in accordance with AML laws, BSP regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain custody of developer and broker documents, support AML training compliance across assigned teams, and perform other duties and projects as assigned.
