NightOwl Consulting Philippines Inc. is seeking a Mortgage Processor to support loan administration. You will review incoming files, perform file setup, and coordinate with the Pre-Approval team to ensure documentation is complete and accurate in Encompass.

Experience with mortgage processes and Encompass is highly valued. The role emphasizes attention to detail, communication, and timely handling of file milestones to prevent delays.

Qualifications

• Mortgage industry experience is required.
• Encompass experience is a plus.
• Must have experience with order outs and calling third parties.
• Familiar with using office applications.
• Proficient communication skills are essential.
• Demonstrates a great personality and team fit.
• Finance and accounting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Track Lead Notes received from LO (Loan Officer).
• Monitor incoming App Submitted emails and align Encompass files with LO Lead Notes.
• Review File Set-up when App & Docs are received; order credit and organize docs in Encompass.
• Send files to the Pre-Approval team when sufficient docs exist.
• Run DU/LP and order appraisals as needed (if no PIW/ACE).
• Send client needs list after initial file review.
• Send client needs list after Preapproval review.
• Obtain correct EOI, VOE, and HOA docs as requested by LOA/Processor.
• Ensure documents are correct at funding time to avoid delays.
• Maintain a tracker of all files to prevent slips.
