A consulting company is seeking a US Mortgage Loan Processor to support the team in reviewing incoming files and completing order-outs. The ideal candidate must have experience in the mortgage industry and proficiency with Encompass. Responsibilities include tracking notes from Loan Officers, reviewing clients’ app and documents, and ensuring accuracy of necessary paperwork to prevent funding delays. The position offers an above-market salary and benefits, including HMO coverage from day one.

Qualifications

• Must have mortgage experience.
• Experience with order outs and calling third parties is required.
• Encompass experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming files and complete order‑outs.
• Track Lead Notes received from Loan Officer.
• Calculate income for Wage Earners and Self-employed borrowers.
• Ensure correctness of EOI and other documents at the time of funding.
