Job summary

Qualifications
- Experience diagnosing and resolving Encompass system errors.
- Advanced proficiency in Mavent and understanding its coding structure.
- Solid knowledge of mortgage compliance regulations (RESPA, TILA, HMDA, CFPB).
Responsibilities
- Analyze and resolve Encompass errors and failures efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain knowledge of compliance guidelines and mortgage lending standards.
- Utilize Mavent proficiently, interpreting and applying codes for compliance.
- Collaborate with loan officers, processors, and underwriters to address compliance issues.
- Document and report compliance findings clearly and concisely.
- Support internal compliance audits and assist in corrective action plans.
