Must have mortgage industry experience and Encompass knowledge, with strong communication and organizational skills. You will maintain file trackers, coordinate with third parties, and contribute to a collaborative team environment in the client setting.

Qualifications

• Mortgage industry experience is required.
• Encompass experience is a plus.
• Must have experience with order outs and calling third parties.
• Familiar with using office applications.
• Proficient communication skills.
• Great personality.
• Finance and accounting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming files and complete order-outs.
• Be an all-around supportive team member to help teammates focus on primary responsibilities.
• Maintain a tracker of all files and track outstanding items.
