• Two years of BPO experience in Property Insurance, Home Insurance, Collections and Payment Processing, Home Insurance or Mortgage.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Willing to work graveyard/night shift.
• Candidates without Insurance or Mortgage experience must have at least 3 years of CSR experience.
