Job summary

Moder, a growing tech-forward outsourcing partner, seeks a Customer Service Representative to support US mortgage clients from our Alabang, Manila site. The role is graveyard shift, on-site, with start date in October 2026, and involves handling customer inquiries, payments, and underwriting-related tasks.

The ideal candidate has 2 years of BPO experience in insurance or mortgage, or at least 3 years CSR experience, and is willing to work graveyard shifts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• College level orBachelor's degree holder.
• Two years of BPO experience handling Property Insurance, Home Insurance, Collections and Payment Processing, Home Insurance or Mortgage.
• Willing to work graveyard/night shift.
• Candidates without Insurance or Mortgage experience must have at least 3 years CSR experience.

Work Schedule: Graveyard Shift Monday-Friday (On-site)

About you

Educational Requirement: College Level , College Undergraduates or Bachelor's Degree holder.

Must have two years of BPO experience handling any of the following: Property Insurance, Home Insurance, Collections and Payment Processing, Home Insurance or Mortgage

Willing to work on a graveyard/night shift

Candidates without Insurance or Mortgage experience are welcome to apply, provided they have at least 3 years of Customer Service Representative (CSR) experience

Experience in billing or financial accounts (nice-to-have)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (nice-to-have)
