Job summary

Moder Solutions Inc. is hiring a Collections Specialist to manage customer accounts, contact customers with overdue balances, and negotiate payments while upholding company policies.

You will resolve billing concerns, maintain accurate records, and contribute to hitting individual and team targets. This full-time onsite role is based in Alabang, Philippines, with a graveyard shift and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• College-level or college graduate.
• At least 1 year of BPO experience handling Billing Accounts, Financial Accounts, Collections, Payment Processing or related.
• Experience in billing or financial accounts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers regarding overdue accounts and outstanding balances.
• Negotiate payment arrangements while maintaining positive customer relationships.
• Address billing concerns and account-related inquiries.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Achieve individual and team performance targets.
