Moder Solutions Inc. is hiring for an on-site Customer Support Specialist to assist US mortgage clients, helping them achieve financial and homeownership goals.

You will deliver outstanding service while collaborating with diverse teams and global leaders in a fast-growing mortgage operations setting. The role requires strong English communication, 1–2 years of BPO experience in billing/financial accounts, and willingness to work graveyard shifts.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of BPO experience handling billing or financial accounts, collections or credit card fraud claims
• Excellent English communication skills
• Willing to work graveyard/night shift
• High school graduates are accepted with CSR experience
• Billing or financial accounts experience is a nice-to-have
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are a nice-to-have
