Job summary

HCMO INTERNATIONAL TRADING in Metro Manila is seeking a Sales Executive to drive growth in modern trade channels. You will visit stores, manage accounts, and ensure product visibility and availability, coordinating with buyers and store staff to meet targets.

The role requires 1–3 years of sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and willingness to travel for fieldwork to expand the customer base.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales experience in appliances, consumer electronics, retail, or FMCG.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Willing to conduct fieldwork and travel.
• Experience handling modern trade accounts is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
• Visit and manage assigned modern trade stores and accounts.
• Maintain good relationships with store personnel and account buyers.
• Ensure proper product display, pricing, and visibility.
• Monitor inventory and prevent out-of-stock situations.
• Implement promotions, product launches, and merchandising programs.
• Monitor competitor products, pricing, and promotions.
• Check product condition, displays, and promotional materials.
• Coordinate orders and replenishment with customers and internal teams.
• Resolve customer and store concerns promptly.
• Submit daily/weekly sales and market activity reports.
• Identify new sales opportunities and potential accounts.
