Job summary

MEGA PRIME FOODS INCORPORATED is seeking a Modern Trade Capability Development Manager in Quezon City to strengthen the Modern Trade sales team through training, coaching, and process improvements. You will collaborate with Sales Leadership and KAM to enhance commercial execution and drive growth.

The role requires 5–7 years in Modern Trade sales within FMCG, with strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and analytical skills, and a willingness to work onsite in Quezon City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in Modern Trade sales, sales capability, or commercial excellence within the FMCG industry.
• Experience in Key Account Management (KAM) is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Modern Trade operations, customer management, and sales processes.
• Excellent facilitation, stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Quezon City.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement capability-building programs for the Modern Trade sales team.
• Partner with Sales and Key Account Management (KAM) teams to improve commercial execution and account management.
• Identify capability gaps and design training, coaching, and development initiatives.
• Monitor training effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements.
• Support sales excellence projects, performance tracking, and best practice implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic sales initiatives.
