The ideal candidate holds a business-related degree and 1–3 years of experience in the FMCG or consumer goods sector, with strong analytical and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 1–3 years of experience in Modern Trade Marketing, Trade Marketing, Brand Management, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and promotional execution.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute trade marketing campaigns, in-store activations, and promotional programs for modern trade accounts.
• Collaborate with Sales and other internal teams to ensure successful implementation of marketing initiatives.
• Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
• Analyze promotional results and provide actionable recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Coordinate development and deployment of merchandising materials and POS assets.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with retail partners and key stakeholders.
• Prepare reports and presentations on trade marketing performance, promotional ROI, and market insights.
• Ensure brand standards are consistently implemented across all assigned accounts.
• Support new product launches and other commercial initiatives as required.
