Job summary

Coca-Cola Europacific Aboitiz Philippines is seeking a Commercial Capabilities Manager for Modern Trade to elevate the skills and effectiveness of the commercial team. You will lead the upskilling of associates, drive the people development cycle, and ensure trainers and subject-matter experts deliver impactful programs across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Strong experience in Sales, Commercial Excellence, Training, or Business Capability.
• Modern Trade knowledge and Key Account Management with strategic planning.
• Experience in capability building, process improvement, and tools/process enhancement.
• Strong people management and leadership skills with stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ambitious, adaptable, and commercially driven with change readiness.

Responsibilities

• Drives enablement and ensures the effectiveness of trainers and SMEs across the commercial organization, in-classroom and on-field.
• Identifies training needs and future skills for their scope and may serve as SME.
• Ensures all capabilities initiatives are implemented, understood, and accepted by all levels.
• Identifies, gathers, and synthesizes feedback to address capabilities needs.
• Leads the implementation of the people development cycle across their scopes.
• Ensures cascade and end-user adoption of developments in routines and tools.
• Supports other Commercial Capability initiatives as needed.
