Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of industry experience.
• At least 2 years of project management experience in a BPO.
• Transition experience with exposure to F&A, Insurance, HR, or People Transfer is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead one or more workstreams within a Service Transition program, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Oversee design and build of workstream components aligned with the Solution Blueprint.
• Define and implement scalable components for service transition programs.
• Maintain strong client relationships and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Mentor and guide the support team to ensure quality and consistency.
