Qualifications

• At least 3 years of industry experience.
• At least 2 years project management experience (BPO experience only).
• Transition experience with F&A, Insurance, HR, or People Transfer is a plus.
• Individual contributor role capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead one or more workstreams within a Service Transition program to meet timelines and quality.
• Define, build, and implement scalable components for transition programs.
• Manage client expectations and maintain high satisfaction within the workstream.
• Mentor the support team to ensure consistent service transition outcomes.
• Develop response materials and assist with cost estimation and work plans.
• Contribute to due diligence by analyzing processes and risks.
