• Lead one or more workstreams within a Service Transition program.
• Oversee design and build of workstream components.
• Define, build, and implement scalable components for service transitions.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and client satisfaction.
• Mentor the support team and ensure high-quality service transition activities.
• Develop response materials for Deal Shape teams.
• Support cost estimation and detailed work planning.
• Contribute to due diligence and data-driven analysis.
