Job summary

MicroSourcing is recruiting a Client Success Manager to support enterprise clients in a fast-paced Australian telco environment. Based onsite in BGC, Taguig, you will coordinate onboarding, drive service performance reporting, and ensure timely handling of client requests across local and international teams.

You will build strong client relationships, monitor health metrics, and help deliver value through structured reviews and proactive issue resolution.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in customer-facing or service delivery roles in IT/telecom.
• Proven track record in customer success, account management or service delivery in enterprise settings.
• Experience with operational management, SLA monitoring, and incident escalation.

Responsibilities

• Support Client Success Managers in delivering high-value engagements.
• Maintain structured communication through Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Business Reviews to provide updates and feedback.
• Coordinate onboarding, service reports, and account updates for clients.
