Mobile Implementation Project Lead (B2B AU Telco)

Position Summary:
We are building a new team to support a dynamic challenger in the Australian telco space. Our client serves mid‑market to large enterprise customers and is committed to building a sustainable, high‑performance environment in the Philippines.
Your Role
As a Mobile Implementation Project Lead you will lead the onboarding process for mobile customers, ensuring their devices and plans are set up accurately and on schedule. You'll partner with both customers and internal teams to keep the process moving and quickly resolve any roadblocks.
Project Responsibilities
- Manage mobile transitions: Guide new and existing customer projects from start to finish, making sure we deliver what we promised.
- Keep things on schedule: Track progress, work with different teams, and solve any problems that could cause delays.
- Be a customer champion: Help customers understand their new services and solve any issues they have during the transition.
- Collaborate: Work with both internal teams and customer contacts to make sure everyone is on the same page.
- Solve problems: Find solutions that work for both the customer and the telco provider.

What You Need
Non‑negotiables
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role (onboarding a customer to a service) across any industry. Experience in BPO telco migrations is a plus.
- Highly organized with a talent for keeping projects on track. Formal certification is a bonus but not required.
- Excellent at explaining complex ideas and running productive meetings with clients and teams.
- A pro at finding solutions that work for everyone.
- Highly accurate with a sharp eye for detail.
- A college degree or equivalent work experience.
