Job summary

VA Masters is seeking a Real Estate Admin VA (MLS Entry Specialist) to own the entry and maintenance of residential property listings across MLS boards. You will process listing orders, ensure complete and compliant data, upload photos and documents, and keep listings current as properties move through their lifecycle.

This role requires proven MLS experience, meticulous data handling, and the ability to follow detailed market-specific procedures.

Qualifications

Experience entering and managing listings in MLS is required.
Experience across more than one MLS board or regional system.
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
Ability to follow detailed, market-specific procedures.
Comfortable working from a task queue inside proprietary or internal software.
Solid computer literacy including file handling and web uploads.
Reliable, detail-oriented and able to work independently.
Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

Enter new residential listings into the correct regional MLS system.
Process listings from internal order queue within turnaround expectations.
Upload property photos, disclosures, and documents to each listing.
Apply correct field requirements, formatting, and compliance standards for each MLS board.
Update listing statuses as properties move through lifecycle (active, pending, price change, sold).
Review listings for accuracy before and after publishing.
Maintain listing data integrity across active markets and correct errors.
Track completed and pending entries to keep the queue current.
Communicate progress, blockers, and clarifications promptly.
