Job summary

Tavor Perry is seeking a Real Estate Admin VA (MLS Entry Specialist) to own residential listings across multiple MLS boards. You will key orders from an internal system, ensure complete and compliant data, upload photos and documents, and keep listings current as properties move through lifecycle.

This role requires proven MLS experience, meticulous data accuracy, and the ability to work remotely while coordinating with internal teams to resolve blockers and ensure timely updates.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on MLS data entry and listing management across regional boards.
• Ability to follow board-specific field requirements and compliance rules.
• Strong written and verbal English communication for internal coordination.

Responsibilities

• Enter new residential property listings into the correct MLS system.
• Pull orders from queue, process listings within turnaround expectations.
• Upload photos, disclosures, and documents to each listing.
• Ensure field formats meet MLS requirements and compliance standards.
• Update listing statuses across active, pending, price changes, sold, and withdrawn.
• Check listings for accuracy before and after publishing.
• Maintain data integrity across markets and fix errors as needed.
• Track completed entries and communicate blockers through internal channels.
