Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in MIS/RTA within the BPO sector. Qualifications

• At least 3 years of MIS/RTA experience, preferably within BPO or Shared Services.
• Proficient in using MIS scheduling tools such as PowerBI, VBA, Macros, and Excel.
• Willing to work in rotating shifts and onsite in Clark.

Responsibilities

• Ensure optimal staffing by developing forecast and staffing models.
• Oversee resource planning for business units.
• Build effective relationships with business partners and communicate trends.

Skills

MIS/RTA experience

Scheduling tools proficiency (PowerBI, VBA, Macros, Excel)

Analytical skills

Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
