TASQ Staffing Solutions in Clark is seeking a Process Specialist - MIS/RTA to forecast staffing needs and provide analytical support for business initiatives.

The role emphasizes staffing models, volume forecasting, and data-driven recommendations to optimize workforce planning. Onsite Clark, ASAP start, with growth opportunities in MIS/RTA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree graduate, any field.
• 3 years of MIS/RTA experience, preferably in BPO/shared services.
• Must also be exposed to Scheduling, Capacity planning, forecasting, and reporting.
• Knowledge with using MIS Scheduling tools (PowerBI, VBA, macros, and Excel)
• Has strong knowledge with MS Office Tools (Excel in particular)
• Amenable to working in shifting schedules.
• Amenable to working ONSITE (Clark).
• Able to start ASAP

Responsibilities

• Forecast and staffing models to ensure workforce is staffed optimally, providing analytical support for business initiatives and market conditions.
• Provides resource planning oversight to one or more divisional business units; acts as a trusted advisor.
• Builds effective working relationships with business partners; communicates trends with data-supported recommendations.
• Works with business partners to identify upcoming initiatives and changes to the business model impacting staffing needs.
• Generates volume forecasts for clients' inbound contact centers and/or processing departments; maintains forecasting models using standard and advanced techniques.
• Continually assesses staffing drivers versus plan and recommends actions as needed.

• Builds effective working relationships with business partners; proactively communicates trends or concerns and makes data-supported recommendations.
• Works with business partners to identify upcoming initiatives and/or changes to the business model that would impact volumes or staffing; determines how changes to the drivers of business activities will ultimately affect staffing needs.
• Generates volume forecasts for clients' inbound contact centers and/or processing departments; maintains and updates forecasting models using both standard and advanced statistical techniques.
• Continually assesses staffing drivers (volume, handle time, shrinkage, and occupancy) versus plan; creates awareness within the business as needed and makes recommendations for any necessary action.
