Qualifications

• Exposure to scheduling, capacity planning, forecasting, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the workforce is optimally staffed through forecasting and staffing models.
• Oversee resource planning and act as a trusted advisor.
• Build effective relationships with business partners and support data-driven recommendations.
• Create and update volume forecasts using statistical techniques.
