Job summary

A staffing solutions company is seeking a Senior Associate MIS/RTA in Clark, Pampanga. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of MIS/RTA experience, proficiency in PowerBI and Excel, and strong analytical skills. Responsibilities include developing staffing models, providing insights for business initiatives, and collaborating closely with partners. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain forecast and staffing models.
• Provide analytical support and insights for business initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with business partners on staffing needs.
• Monitor staffing drivers and advise the business on adjustments.
• Generate and update volume forecasts for inbound centers using statistical techniques.
• Monitor staffing drivers such as volume, handle time, shrinkage, and occupancy.
• Build relationships with stakeholders as trusted advisor for workforce planning.

• Identify upcoming initiatives or changes impacting volume and staffing needs, assessing how these will affect operational planning
• Generate and update volume forecasts for inbound contact centers or processing departments using standard and advanced statistical techniques
• Continuously monitor staffing drivers such as volume, handle time, shrinkage, and occupancy; advise the business on necessary adjustments
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor for workforce planning
