Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an MIS Executive to generate reports, manage data, and provide actionable insights to support business and workforce management operations. The role emphasizes strong Power BI and database management skills and hands-on expertise in reporting and analytics.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years in MIS/Reporting, experience with contact center or WFM environments, and a meticulous, detail‑oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business field.
• 2–4 years of experience in MIS/Reporting.
• At least 2 years of experience supporting Contact Center or Workforce Management operations.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Willing to work 100% onsite in Eton Centris, Quezon City; shifting schedules aligned with UK time.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain, and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Manage and organize operational databases and reporting data.
• Analyze trends, performance metrics, and operational data to identify insights.
• Support Contact Center/WFM teams with accurate and timely reports.
• Monitor and validate data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Provide actionable insights to support business decisions.
• Handle ad hoc reporting and data analysis requirements.
