Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in workforce management or MIS roles.
• Proficiency in WFM tools, Power BI, VBA, and advanced MS Excel.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce management initiatives to optimize resource allocation and performance.
• Develop and maintain MIS to provide accurate reporting and analytics.
• Utilize WFM tools to monitor and forecast staffing needs for BPO operations.
• Prepare and present insightful data visualizations using Power BI and MS Excel.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate workforce strategies effectively.
