You will develop and maintain Excel-based reports and dashboards, monitor key contact center metrics, and collaborate with operations teams to translate data into actionable insights.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of reporting/MIS experience in a BPO environment.
• At least 2 years supporting contact center or WFM operations.
• Experience with Excel-based reporting and dashboard creation.
• Knowledge of contact center/WFM metrics preferred
