Job summary

Ubiquity is seeking an MIS Analyst to develop and distribute contact center reporting, ensuring data integrity and supporting decision-making with dashboards and analytics. The role collaborates with leaders across departments to optimize reporting processes and deliver actionable insights.

The ideal candidate has experience with large data sets, data extraction from CMS, and strong skills in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools to drive data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience with data analysis and preparation, including handling large data sets.
• Experience extracting data from CMS and other reporting platforms.
• Strong data analytics and reporting skills.
• Experience in automating tasks/reports to reduce cycle time and defects.
• Proficient in Excel, SQL, and familiar with call center metrics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and distribute Contact Center reporting.
• Update scorecards, dashboards, and productivity reports.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy of reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with Workforce, Site, and Sales leaders on reporting needs.
• Create and analyze data visualizations to provide business insights.
