Job summary

Ubiquity is seeking an MIS Analyst to deliver expert reporting and analytics. You will develop and distribute Contact Center reports, maintain scorecards and dashboards, and ensure data integrity across multiple teams. The role involves partnering with Workforce, Site and Sales leaders to drive data-driven decisions.

Your work will include end-to-end dashboard lifecycle, UAT leadership, and automating reports with macros to improve efficiency and insights across the business.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience with data analysis and preparation, including large data sets.
• Experience extracting data from CMS and other reporting platforms.
• Strong data analytics and ability to create reports.
• Experience automating tasks/reports to reduce cycle time and defects.
• Proficient in Excel and SQL; understanding call center statistics is a plus.
• Knowledge of VBA, macros, linked data, pivot charts and data visualization tools.
• Skilled at developing dashboards and clear, useful visualizations.
• Strong collaboration and communication with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and distribute Contact Center reporting.
• Modify and update scorecards, dashboards and productivity reports.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy for reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with Workforce, Site, and Sales leaders to refine reports.
• Analyze data to support business recommendations and KPIs.
• Collect and analyze large data sets to enable visualization and insights.
• End-to-end lifecycle management of dashboards and reports.
• Facilitate communication during tool/report implementation.
• Lead UAT, troubleshooting, and resolution for database/reporting tools.
• Maintain trackers for ongoing programs and projects.
• Assist in automating reports by designing macros.
• Develop KPIs across functions to drive data-driven insights.
