Job summary

Ubiquity in the Philippines seeks a MIS Analyst to transform data into actionable insights. You will develop and distribute contact center reporting, build dashboards, and ensure data integrity across reporting needs.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, automate reports with macros, and support data-driven decisions through clear visualization and storytelling with data. 1–3 years experience, strong Excel/SQL skills, and BI tool proficiency preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in data analysis and reporting with large datasets.
• Experience extracting data from CMS and reporting platforms.
• Proficient in Excel, SQL, and creating dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and distribute Contact Center reporting.
• Modify, revise, and update scorecards, dashboards, and other operational reports.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy of reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with Workforce, Site, and Sales leaders to modify reports.
• Analyze data to support business recommendations and performance metrics.
• Create visualizations to enable data-driven decision making.
• End-to-end lifecycle management of dashboards and reports.
• Lead UAT, troubleshooting and resolution for reporting tools.
