Job summary

Insight in Pasig, Philippines is seeking a Software Licensing Operations Consultant to become a subject matter expert in Microsoft licensing, collaborating with Sales, Finance, and Customer teams to ensure accurate processing, compliance, and delivery of licensing solutions.

You will work directly with clients and sales teams to understand licensing requirements, present tailored licensing options, and perform cost‑benefit analyses of licensing options, with emphasis on Microsoft programs and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with role-specific training.
• Minimum 3 years supporting Microsoft Volume Licensing sales and lifecycle.
• Strong English written and spoken communication, with client-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME in Microsoft licensing; support licensing consultations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Procurement and Customers to ensure accurate processing.
• Provide cost‑benefit analyses and recommended licensing options.
• Maintain data in internal systems and ensure timely delivery.
