Job summary

Technology Elite, Inc. is seeking a Business Support Analyst to join our on-site team in Clark, Pampanga. You will assist in day-to-day business support activities, manage licensing, agreements and renewals, and support account management and sales teams with CRM updates and quotes.

The role requires strong customer service, excellent communication, and attention to detail, with experience in the MSP sector and familiarity with ConnectWise PSA and licensing ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Professional presentation with courteous, enthusiastic customer service skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication with internal teams, clients and vendors.
• Proficiency with general office applications.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Enjoy working with customers and external audiences.
• Excellent interpersonal skills: telephony, communication and active listening.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day activities of the business support team.
• Oversee procurement licensing (Licensing, MS Office 365 licensing).
• Handle licensing tools and systems (CodeTwo, Mailstore, Barracuda incl. renewals).
• Manage agreements, auditing and renewal processes.
• Support account management with service tickets and client visits planning.
• Assist sales and business development with proposals, quotes and CRM updates.
