Job summary

Willis Towers Watson is seeking a Licensing Analyst in the Philippines to analyze licencing requirements and provide solutions for complex licensing requests. You will be the main contact for clients on software licensing, billing and renewals, and you will process new sales and invoices under client license agreements.

The role requires leading a small team, drafting quotations for licences, and managing high-value client relationships with strong attention to detail and proactive problem

Qualifications

• Proven track record of handling complex queries in a pressurised environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to review output quality.
• Excellent customer service skills with experience dealing with corporate clients and individuals at all levels.
• Exceptional client relationship skills: build strong relationships quickly and maximise resources to achieve goals.
• Experience in interpreting legal contracts.
• Experience understanding and working with financials and invoices; flexible with a can-do attitude.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven administration and organisational skills; able to work on own initiative and prioritise.
• At least 2 years experience in leading a team; multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong IT skills with aptitude for learning new IT systems.
• An eye for detail and excellence.
• Proven to be an effective team member and lead their own team.

Responsibilities

• Analysis and interpretation of licencing requirements
• Finding solutions to complex and bespoke licensing requests
• Be the first point of contact for clients on queries relating to software licensing, billing and contract renewals
• Processing new sales and trials in accordance with the clients Software License Agreement including dispatch of software licences and processing of invoices
• Leading a small group with responsibility for a subset of high value clients
• Drafting quotations for new and additional licence requests
