Willis Towers Watson seeks a licensing analyst to analyse and interpret software licensing requirements for a portfolio of high-value clients in the Philippines. You will handle billing, renewals, and quotations while guiding a small team to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of handling complex queries in a pressurised environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to review own output.
• Excellent customer service with corporate and individual clients.
• Strong client relationship skills and ability to maximize resources.
• Experience interpreting legal contracts.
• Experience working with financials and invoices.
• Flexible with a can-do attitude and problem-solving.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven administration and organisational skills; able to work on own initiative.
• At least 2 years leading a team in a fast-paced env.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and interpret licencing requirements.
• Provide solutions to complex licencing requests.
• Be the first point of contact for clients on software licensing, billing and contract renewals.
• Process new sales and trials per Software License Agreement, including dispatch of licences and processing invoices.
• Lead a small team responsible for a subset of high-value clients.
• Draft quotations for licence requests.
