Job summary

Beyondsoft in Manila is seeking a seasoned Customer Success professional to act as a strategic partner for flagship Philippines customers, driving measurable value from Microsoft solutions.

You will blend business insight with field engagement and program governance to accelerate adoption, reduce friction, and enable long-term success across Microsoft 365 workloads like Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive, and SharePoint Online.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in Customer Success, Program/Project Management, Consulting, or Technical Account Management.
• Proven experience in driving adoption programs for cloud or enterprise technology.
• Strong background in field engagement, customer discovery, and user insight gathering.
• Demonstrated ability to plan, manage, and execute complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience in risk identification, mitigation planning, and issue escalation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft cloud technologies (i.e. M365, Azure) is an advantage.

• Empower customers to confidently use Microsoft solutions in their daily operations by simplifying technology, strengthening digital capability, and ensuring tools deliver clear value for their teams
• Translate on-the-ground customer insights into actionable plans by shaping tailored training, support motions, and rollout strategies that enhance adoption and smooth deployment.
• Drive Microsoft 365 usage and enthusiasm across priority workloads—including Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online/Outlook, OneDrive, and SharePoint Online—through high-impact engagement initiatives such as excitement days, champions programs, and persona-based activation.
