Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Microsoft 365 support and development in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Security, and Azure AD.
• Experience handling complex escalations in a support-driven setting.
• PowerShell scripting and automation experience.
• Identity and access management expertise with AD and Entra ID.
• Familiarity with ITIL Incident, Problem, Change processes.
• Experience with cloud and on-premises technologies.
• Microsoft certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide time-sensitive end-user support for software, hardware, and enterprise systems.
• Design and implement permanent fixes for escalated issues.
• Coordinate requests with internal and external resources.
• Deliver user trainings to facilitate knowledge transfer.
• Own end-user productivity platforms and address outages.
• Lead projects and cross-team initiatives.
• Create, design and present periodic/ critical reports.
• Provide technical advice and drive continuous improvements.
• Troubleshoot complex issues with sound judgment.
• Contribute to process improvements and documentation.
• Communicate effectively across teams to ensure reliable outcomes.
