Job summary

Eastvantage in Taguig, Philippines is seeking a skilled M365 Support Specialist to join our IT team. You will provide end-user support, resolve escalated incidents, assist with system administration, and help improve services and processes.

You should have strong experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments, with hands-on knowledge of AD/Azure AD, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments.

• Familiarity with ITIL practices and incident management.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Microsoft 365 applications including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, service requests, and escalated issues.
• Perform user and group administration, security permissions, and configurations.
• Collaborate with Service Desk and IT teams to identify root causes and resolve complex issues.
• Support Major Incident, Problem, and Change Management activities when required.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Contribute to service improvements, onboarding, and reporting.
